This is what the text says:

The authors present a model of the ability to work of a healthy individual and propose its implementation in the context of psychiatric expert witness assessment. According to epidemiological research, the estimate gives a daily working capacity of 10 hours (weekly working time of 50 hours) for routine tasks for healthy persons.

Based on this, a procedure of psychiatric evaluation is presented based on the symptons ans signs according to AMDP and the international classification of functioning in its brief inventory (Mini-ICF-App) focused on mental disorders. Particularities of medical expert evaluations are discussed.

Das quantitative Leistungsvermögen in der Begutachtung psychischer Störungen in der Frage der Erwerbsminderung nach § 43 SGB VI

Modell und praktisches Vorgehen

Die Autoren stellen ein Modell des quantitativen Leistungsvermögens und ein Vorgehen bei dessen Beurteilung in der sozialmedizinischen psychiatrischen Begutachtung vor. Anhand aktueller Studien wird das quantitative Leistungsvermögen im Gesunden auf zehn Stunden täglich (50 Stunden wöchentlich) zu den üblichen Bedingungen des allgemeinen Arbeitsmarktes geschätzt.

Davon ausgehend wird ein Vorgehen zur Beschreibung quantitativer Einschränkungen, basierend auf der psychiatrischen Diagnostik von Funktionsstörungen (Merkmalen nach AMDP) und Fähigkeitsstörungen (Mini-ICF-APP) beschrieben. Auf Besonderheiten in der gutachterlichen Einschätzung, Beobachtungen im Gespräch sowie Beschwerdenvalidierung wird dabei eingegangen.
