Scope of this declaration

REHADAT is an information service aimed at all people with disabilities. Therefore, every effort has been made to make our websites accessible in accordance with BITV 2.0, and the BGG.

Status of compatibility with the requirements of the BITV

The declaration is based on a self-assessment.

This website is largely compatible with the BITV.

The content listed below is only partially accessible. An improvement in accessibility is planned.

  • In forms, some input fields lack the autocomplete-attribute
  • Some foreign-language text passages lack the lang-attribute

The REHADAT project management is responsible for barrier-free accessibility. All REHADAT project employees are responsible for processing the messages received through the feedback mechanism.

Arbitration Procedure

We will endeavour to respond to your enquiries within a reasonable period of time, (usually a maximum of six weeks).

If you do not receive a reply or are only partially or not entirely satisfied with the answer, you can turn to the Arbitration Service for the Federal Equality Law. The Arbitration Service will examine your case and try to find a solution within the framework of an arbitration procedure.

You can submit a request to the Arbitration Service to initiate an arbitration procedure. The application can be made by completing an online form, in writing by post, by e-mail or by declaring for the record at the Arbitration Services office.
